Too Much

Oh my...really too much lah i ni kan. I have lots to tell but just couldn't find the right time to write about them. Baru nak on lappy, dah ada yg merengek nak itu ini.

Lil Sophie just turns 2 yesterday. No celebration for her because she was down with high fever. When her fever subsides, she had hives attack. Satu badan mommy sapu Calamine Lotion. Sampai mata semua bengkak. I feel sorry for her because i know she got the hives from me. I had hives attack when i was pregnant with her. It's something in my blood.

My parents will be here tomorrow, together with my two nieces. My dad was quite reluctant to come because of these:

The durians are ripening. So kena visit selalu.

This is the view of my longhouse (ruai). Yes, tengah banjir.

They'll be here for two weeks. My nieces' first time to KL. Kena pulak time aunty tengah pokai ni. Merasalah jalan2 tengok bangunan ye :P.

Other than that, i'm quite occupied buat dresses for my girl. Jahit sendiri uols. Gigih ni, sebab husband asyikla tanya bila nak rasmi sewing machine tu.

Tak payah nak beli2 dress for the kids, u cuba jahit sendiri. Ok, i pun trylah jahit. Dah tu, tak agak2 beli kain chiffon. Dah sudah kena jahit dress yang ada lining. Tak cukup dgn tu, buat pulak yang ada zipper. Sangat tak padan dgn status 'beginner' kan? Sophie's one is done, now trying to work on Milan's one. Semalam baru belajar how to fix on the needle on the sewing machine. At the sweet age of 32! Hahahaha..kira lifetime achievement tu. Sepanjang menjahit tu la on 'google' memanjang. Sikit2 tanya En Google. Nanti dua2 dah siap, if sempat before balik kampung for christmas i tunjuk gambar.

Ok, nak start menjahit balik. Milan ni sibuk nak suruh i jahit dia punya velcro tape on her cap. Macam mana dia boleh cabut pun tak tau.

Take care uols..

Still Here

Helloo... *echoes*

I am still very much here. Alive and well. Gotta get the mojo to blog soon, hopefully with more interesting stories.

Till then, take care.

Barbie Cake

The most difficult task (for me lah) as a full time mom is to constantly making your kids entertained. I need to think of new activities everyday. Or else i have to take them out. But, as a paranoid mom I don't quite like going out with them without the daddy.

Some days, I'll be in the store room. Looking for anything that we can use to make something. Anything at all. Any reusable food container, I'll wash it and keep for any 'potential' use. Which most of the time, i forget where did i put them at.

I baked Red Velvet cake on Sunday (second time. after the first one went straight into the bin :| ). The girls have been watching this video on youtube, about a lady making a princess cake. And they want to make one too!

Perfection was never the main concern. I just want them to have fun. Tengoklah end product tu, kesian the Barbie (from McDonalds) :P

This is the best i could come up with

Covering the cake with cream cheese frosting, in pink of course. Lil sis is 'cleaning' the mixer

The barbie is wrapped in cling wrap. It's a doctor barbie, by the way.

Sophie's turn

Add some sprinkles

Sophie again.

End product. Poor barbie is stucked in pink 'quicksand'. Haha

Jalan - jalan

Ahoy there!

How was the weekend? I feel so bad for neglecting this blog for quite some time. Busy ye jugak. I dont on my laptop everyday. Kalau ada pics baru nak upload for Itsy Missy, then on. Kalau tak, mmg akan check email etc pakai handphone je. Tak, bukan sebab handphone canggih ke apa. Nokia E71 je pun. Tapi sebab kalau online dgn handphone lagi cepat. And 'mobile'. Tgh masak, tgh selongkar fridge, tgh laundry. Boleh je.

During the raya holiday, 2nd day, we went to Aquaria. We parked at Taman Jaya (Amcorp) Putra LRT station and took a train to KLCC. Just for the fun of it. The girls have always wanted to take a train ride. In fact, they want to have a bus ride as well. Wahh..we thought KL would be a ghost city during raya. Boy, we were wrong. If it wasn't for the girls, i wanted to balik je. Panjang nya queue nak masuk Aquaria tu. Dgn takde tempat duduk dlm train. And Sophie was terrified with the crowd i guess, that she refused to sit in the stroller. Dah jadi satu hal mommy nak kena kendong dia all the way. Oh ya, before that we went to the foodcourt at level 4 for lunch. After no success finding a spot dkt the other foodcourt. Nak masuk Chilis, same thing. Queue panjang jugak. Finally, we got a spot dkt meja yang macam bar. Makan je lah cepat2. Ada sekelumit rasa menyesal datang KLCC hari tu.

But nevermind, they had fun for having to see sharks. Except there's this fish yg ada mcm melekap dkt the glass and it somehow ada muka. Mata, mulut etc. Mommy pun takut tgk that fish. Tak tau nama apa.

We didn't stay long. Keluar Aquaria, terus balik. Queue pulak lagi masa nak beli tiket LRT. Nak tangkap gambar pun malas.

So today, after 2 days of planning, we went to KL Bird Park pulak. This one i like, except it was quite hot today. Merasalah berpeluh2.

The kids seronok sangat sbb boleh kejar2 the birds. Kena pulak nampak the peacock bukak feather dia twice. Lucky thing that this place is 'stroller-friendly'. Tapi towards the end tu Sophie nak Mommy dukung pulak. The next day, merasalah sakit betis bagai.

We all sempat pg the parrot show dkt the amphitheater. Seronoklah tengok the parrot buat tricks, so very well trained. But bt this time, the girls macam dah penat. Before balik, sempat jugak diaorg main dkt playground dekat2 area amphitheater tu jugak.

Ever since dah ada anak, shopping mall are no longer my favorite place to go. I prefer to take them to places like this. Fun pun ya, and educational jugak. Kalau ikutkan the father punya plan, nun ha...nak pegi Flight Museum Sungai Besi.

Mung Beans Project - Day 1

No 1 woke up excitedly to check her beans. She was stunned for a while and asked "what happened? what are those white things?". "Where's the flower?". She was actually expecting a flower out of a bean!!!

Mung Beans Project for Kids

My girls are spending too much time watching tv and of course with the ipad. I always try to make their day more fun. There are so much indoor activities. Tinggal nak google je.

Milan has been wanting to do some gardening. And i would love to do gardening with her too. But living in a tiny high rise home makes it almost impossible. Few days back, the daddy bought a plant but i don't know where it whereabouts is. Could be in the other toilet which now served as the sand 'playroom' for the girls. No worries, it is safe and they are closely monitored while playing in there.

So, today...after 15mins of water colour painting in the morning, i asked if they would like to plant something.   Milan said 'yes'! And i think she loves it. Keep on saying 'this is fun', 'awesome' etc.

What you need: cotton pad/ball, water, mung beans, empty container (that's an ice cream container)

Get them lined the cotton pad in the container and pour the water in. Just enough to wet the cotton pad.

Next is to put the beans in. I make them put it one by one. Just to kill time :P

Have their names written on a selotape and get them to stick it on the container.

And one happy girl, who keeps on checking her plant every 10mins :)
Try it with your kids. They'll be so happy to see the sprouts soon. Oh well, at least I am :)

Martial Arts Class for Kids

Milan has been asking me to send her to karate class. "I want to hit and kick". Haa...ganas ko anak aku. Hantar ballet class dia tak suka pulak. Siap cakap dekat her art class teacher, "i don't like ballet class".

So, I've been searching for places that takes kids her age for martial arts lesson. So far, i found none. Maybe better luck next year, When she is about 5yo. Until then, i just got to teach her karate myself  divert her attention to something else.

There's a class for 4yo by Kizsports, but hmmm...the fee kinda mahal to me. I found this place nearby our house with soooo much cheaper fee. Cheap ya ampun, sangat! Dah la dekat our house je. Oh, i mentioned that already kan.

It's KarateWorks. Here's their website. Dah la mmg ajar kids. But they only takes 5yo and above. You may enquire about the fees. Their contacts are in the website.

Tired?

The other day, i got this question from somebody. "Penat ke? Tak buat apa2 pun penat?" (read: are you tired? Doing nothing makes you tired?).

I am a stay at home mom. Doing some handmade accessories on order basis. Other than that, i take care of my 2 daughters. No 1 is gonna be 4 this December, and no 2 turns 2 on November. I am not sure how others perceive our 'career' as a full time mom. No doubt some think we are doing nothing at home. Hence, 'tired' does not apply to us.

I work around the clock. Bangun pagi, terus uruskan anak, sampaila ke malam. Maybe not physically tired, But i have to admit i am mentally tired. And some days i reached the 'burnt out' stage. Where i would cry in the shower, or just keep quite. Not feeling like talking to anyone. Just wanna be alone. But, my kids won't leave me alone.

As at now, i feel like vomitting already. Gotta go :|

Gold Coast Morib

The daddy bought the 'birthday' deal through Groupon. The deal costs about RM250+. Dinner and breakfast included. Birthday cake too. And 2 tickets to the waterpark. And we booked a junior suite room. The requirement is you have to check-in a day before,on or a day after your birthday. My birthday is on the 27th, so we checked in on 28th.

We checked in agak lambat, around 4pm baru sampai sana. Sebab settled few things dulu before gerak from PJ. Had our lunch first, then we started our 1hr+ journey. We took the Banting way. Passed by Banting town. We had our pre-U in Kolej Mara Banting. So, Banting town brought so much memories to both of us. Megah dah jadi kedai kain, pastu Gamma pulak jadi Gedung TenTen. Memang dah lain sangat. Talking about development. Dulu nak pegi KMB tu,senang je jalan dia. Sekarang ni flyover sana sini.

After checking in we took a rest for a while in the room then headed to the beach. We didn't plan to go to the waterpark on that day because it was already almost 6pm and the park closes at 7pm. The girls wanted to play sand. So, off to the beach. Low tide la. Merasa berjalan lenggang lenggok nak sampai to the gigi air. And the beach jenis yg agak berlumpur. Murky water. Pastu banyak siput and haiwan2 laut comel sekalian. Memang i pakai selipar je, sebab ada unsur2 kegelian di situ, hehe. Pastu masa tengah duduk bawah pokok, main pasir yg kering and putih tu...mak ai, banyak sand flies. Sakit sangat kena gigit. Until today, still rasa gatal. Nasib baik dia gigit we adult je. The girls macam tak kena pulak.

The girls suka sangat main near the water. Main sampaila sunset.

The next day, awal2 pagi dah breakfast, barulah kita main dekat waterpark. Rasa seronok jugak sebab tengok anak2 seronok. Senyum2, gelak2 memanjang. Since we have 2 tickets free, so kena check Milan punya height. Barely lepas the line, so the lady yang jaga kaunter kata 'tak payahlah'. Yey! Kalau tak kena bayar another RM10 ke RM15 like that. I think the waterpark ni dulu was meant to be part of the facility of the hotel. And maybe ramai public yg abuse by coming to the hotel and have a 'free ride' kan, so dia charge. Sebab the just put a green rope netting tau surrounding the waterpark area. Kira macam when the hotel was completed, they didn't plan to close the area. Itu, teori akak je la kan.

Ada satu masalah masa we all checked in haritu. Banyaknya flies dekat lobby area. Lalat terbang sana sini. Huwaaa...silalah beli serai wangi liquid untuk mop lantai tu. Bagi the lalat2 lari. Sophie dah la takut lalat.

The Lobby

Some decoration in the lobby area

The dinner buffet was a-okay je. I think for the price we paid, kinda 'boleh tahan la'. Ada chicken rice, tempure, nasi putih, black pepper chicken, asam pedas pari, tauhu jepun, mix vege, kerabu ayam, kuih muih, fruits, jelly and ice cream for dessert.

For breakfast pulak, agak kurang menarik. I sempat makan bubur je (fevret akak tu, mana2 pegi pun cari bubur). Dinner dekat the 'kopitiam'. The place is quite big and the buffet table nun di hujung. Same case for the breakfast. Except breakfast was served outdoor. See the pic, the buffet table was at the other end. Right where the entrance was. So, mana orang queue nak ambik makanan, mana orang nak keluar masuk lagi.  So inconvenient. I thought it would be much better if the buffet line is in the middle.

Breakfast at 'The Venue'
Lupa nak ambik gambar our room. Tapi room dia mmg nice. Ada jacuzzi and rain shower. Toiletteries are provided. Tapi malam tu, banyaknya semut merah yg kecik tu masuk our room. Tahu tak what they were after? Our wet slippers! Gila punya semut.

Ok, the kids are up. Enjoy the rest of the pics.

The beach, dry white sand

The wet sandy beach

The Pier. They have a bar and live band performance. But they were singing chinese songs. So, we ended up watching rerun of Olympics opening ceremony in the room :P

The complimentary birthday cake. It came in perfect shape with 'Happy Birthday' writing that only lasts a mili-second.

Complimentary birthday gift, thank you GCM

The slide that gives me mild heart attack

Itsy Missy First Sale

Yes, first sale ever. Wish me luck. Due to the nature of this business (handmade), there'll be waiting time. How long? Depends on the design of the item. Max is 3-4 days. Except bib necklace, i need at least 2 weeks time :)

Have a visit to my tiny shop. The sale lasts for 2 weeks but as the saying goes "early bird gets the worm". Some items are limited.

Selamat berpuasa to all muslims.

Penyaram Ram Ram

Yesterday was my attempt no. I-lost-count, making kuih penyaram. I saw in a friend's facebook once, the same kuih is called 'cucur jawa'. My mom is the master in the family in making this kuih. And in our culture, this kuih is a must to be served dekat rumah orang meninggal. Mom said it is like a symbol macam hat (the orang ulu hat) untuk menghantar orang yang meninggal tu ke dunia sana. Old folks tale la. Nothing to do with beliefs.

MIL sent me some gula apong from Kuching. So, i tried to make this kuih. Ya hampun, tak menjadi uols. Sebabnya, i thought i have 'i got it from my mama' skill la kan. Main campak je. Haaa...memang takda rupa mexican hat. Dah rupa apa pun tak tau. Nak tangkap gambar pun iols tak sanggup. Rasa memang boleh tahan, tapi keadaan fizikal adalah hazab. I still keep the mix in the fridge. Nak kasi husband makan pun macam segan :P

Chocolate Chips Cheesecake Cupcake

Still quite freaked out, so i selongkar dapur. Buat choc chips cheesecake cupcakes. Google je recipe. Just to distract myself. Sekarang ni mcm sangat freaked out, tak tau where to start. Siap terfikir nak send Milan to Smart Readers ke Qdees ke, tp pastu takut dia stress sangat pulak. Not to mention, the ongkos lah kan.

Kalau dulu, kalau tolong mak mesti cikgu dah kata 'good'. Sekarang ni kena pandai tulis ayat 'saya menolong  ibu saya membuat kek cawan' haaa...

Sangat comot kan our cupcakes, diaorang bubuh too much in a cup

Kakak letak cake, adik letak choc chips

Placement Test for Standard 1

I just got back from the post office. Log in to facebook to update the customers on their poslaju tracking numbers. Then i saw a friend posted about how her daughter missed her placement test for standard one. Of which gives me instant stress. Ever since i became a mother i easily got stressed with anything to do with my kids. Sometimes, it's just a simple thing. But, mom being mom...i go beyond imagination.

That friend even wrote, the form has columns on extra activities. E.g: does your kid attends violin class, swimming class, art class etc. Oh my, my Milan is home schooled (decent lagi kot dr 'mommy yang ajar', hehe). She is not going to any soft skills classes. Huwaa...so stressful even to think about it.

Gotta find more about this placement test. Is it a must in every school or only selected schools. I am so worried for my girl. Satu apa pun tak tau lagi tu. Baca pun tak pandai lagi. Satu habuk perkataan bahasa melayu pun dia tak tau. Ergghhh.

The daddy said we have to start register her for standard one, next year. As early as 5 years old. Tu pun nak kena survey which area nak send her to. Kesian nya anak2 sekarang ni. My only concern is she might feels left behind in school. Ye lah, just imagine, everyone else can do simple math and my daughter just kenal numbers je. Adoi.

Laters darling. Nak rehat jap. Terpening lak.

Terrible / Terrific Two?

Here i am at this phase again. Sophie is quite a handful. Anak second lagi pun. Tak tau la cliche ke apa, tapi mmg macam lain sikit peel dia. Kira banyak kasi mommy punya darah naik.

I don't know if it is me who doesn't have enough patience in handling 2 kids or my stress management or I am in this phase of 'too much already' or what. Not sure. Some days i'd wish i am in the office, in my own cubicle doing office works. I guess i need some space for myself. The night before, mister took the girls to see their grampa, though it was just for a while, i found myself feeling light-headed. Finally i got to have my 'me' time.

I may sound like i 'hate' to be around my kids, but trust me sometimes you just need and want to be alone. I sleep at wee hours in the morning, just because i want to sit alone in the living room doing whatever it is to be done. I wonder how did my mom managed to handle 6 of us? I used to hate my mom for always yelling and smacking me. I was the only girl before my lil sister came 8 years later. The boys (my brothers) always got to escape the punishment. Agaknya, ni ada sorang ni yg tak reti nak melawan sangat. So, kena lah akak kan.

Sophie is in the phase where she would throw tantrums. Get in between my legs when i am cooking. She'd cry her lungs our just because i said there's no more coco crunch. The 'eye level' thingy doesn't work yet. Maybe she just doesn't understand yet. So, at the moment i'll just keep my cool. Breathing in and out.

Kadang2 nak masak pun rushing. Kena tengok timing dia pulak. Kalau dia tengah meroyan ke apa, postpone lah dulu. Layan dia sampai dia macam dah boleh pegi main sendiri.

She's 'pushing' herself in between the laptop and me as i am typing this. So yeah, laters lovelies.

Not So Young

I am not feeling too well since the past few days. Feeling dizzy and lost of appetite. Something like 'sickness' in the early pregnancy. Oh well, i was thinking 'yay, welcome baby no3' (though it was sooner than we expected). I was living with the idea that i am pregnant until i had my menses a week later than my usual cycle date. So, that ruled out the idea that we're having a baby.

I guess with the menses, i was actually feeling worse. Ok, next assumption, low sugar level. So, we went to see a doctor. She checked, everything was normal. Sugar level, normal. Blood pressure, normal. The doctor then asked, if i am breastfeeding. I said, yes. And do i take any supplement. To which i said, no. She concluded that i am lacked of certain nutrients. Hence, feeling weak etc.

Yesterday, Mr husband bought me some Essence of Chicken. 'You should take this too. Orang tua minum ni lah'. 'Orang tua' uols, akak pasrah je.

Itsy Bee

Sorry for the lack of updates. Been busy tending the shop.

Was making something for the shop, then told Mr Husband this, 'my xxx looks like the kek lapis'. His response was 'sempat nak admire sendiri punya barang'. Let me tell you mister, i admire all my handmade. Seriously. He always hears this "sayangnya nak jual', everytime after i finished making any.

Hopefully, the owner of my handmade appreciates them as much as I love them. That is so..so much.

Laters darlingssss...xoxo

We Are Family

"We are family

I got all my sisters with me
We are family
Get up ev'rybody and sing"

-Sister Sledge, We Are Family-

Milan asked me to take their picture. The little sister was just waking up from her afternoon nap. Hence, the 'mamai' face. That pink bunny, which she called 'Mimzy' has to be in the picture as well. As i showed her the taken picture, she said "now, that is a perfect family picture". Perfect? Family? How? Minus Mom and Dad, but plus Mimzy is perfect? How?

Handmade is EXPENSIVE?

I have set a facebook page for my handmade. Find my precious 'babies' here. Don't forget to 'Like'.

At first i was quite reluctant to set a page simply because i was a little bit worried for not being able to cope up with too many orders. Very optimistic eh? Hehe. Then, my 'babies' have admirers. Friend bought headbands for her daughters, then the friend's sister's friend likes them and add me in my personal fb account. Then, some strangers too. To which i couldn't differentiate if they are genuine 'potential buyers' or 'potential stalkers'. I guess it is wise to set up a page.

I'll manage on any bulk orders, if there's any lah kan.

To date, thanks to my friends for their supports. Really, really appreciate it. From the bottom of my heart. But, there's someone commented on my handmade as 'too expensive'. I have a degree in accounting. I passed 3 levels of Cost Accounting. And trust me, costing is no rocket science.

Of course handmade are a little bit expensive than on the shelf item. Like mine, it is a 'one man' (or woman) show (not to forget, i have 2 little women who need my attention too). So basically, answering queries, replying emails, purchasing materials, cutting, designing, MAKING, shooting, editing, posting pic, checking payment, sending out goods and follow up...all done by me. Add that to overhead expenses. If i were to take into account the time i spend on all these, i could never sell an item for it is way too expensive.

Some sellers offer free postage. Either they have 'postage' fund or they have incorporate the cost into the price of their item. Eg: An item cost RM10. Shop A sells at RM10 and you pay another RM9 for postage. Shop B sells for RM20 and gives free postage. Work both ways. And sometimes, you are paying more for those who offers free postage, but somehow the word "FREE" gets us everytime.

All i can say is, i priced my items reasonably. If you find it expensive, thank you for visiting.

My ex boss used to tell me, "Cheap Thing No Good, Good Thing No Cheap". Pick one. And mine is more to Affordable Good Thing.

By the way, here's how you decide your handmade retail price. Now, go "Like" my page. Thanking you in advance, xoxo.

Self Satisfaction

We went to a friend's daughter birthday party last Saturday. Macam biasalah, if dah jumpa. Salam2, laga2 pipi and what not kan. Among all, i am the only SAHM. So, another friend asked "u kerja mana sekarang ek?". I replied "i kerja dekat rumah". "Wow, bestnya. U ambiklah i kerja dengan u. Jadi driver ke". Hahahaha...funny Afti. I told her "alah, u boleh je kalau nak duduk rumah je pun". Dia cakap she gave up staying at home.

Yes, not all of us mothers can stand the SAHM routine. Honestly, me too. There are days, i find myself browsing through jobstreet or jobsarawak.com. I started to make handmade items pun sebab macam dah tak tau nak buat apa duduk rumah. Of course la kena menghadap anak2, buat kerja around the house....around the clock. But the best thing is, if rasa cam "M", tak yah la buat apa2. Takda nak kena report dekat siapa2 pun.

But dari segi income, memanglah takda. Like some friends yang teringin nak jadi SAHM tapi nak tunggu husband boleh bagi allowance sama macam monthly salary. Fuh...well, i don't get that much. That's why i can afford to be a SAHM. Living in KL with single income and 2 kids, what my husband gave me as monthly allowance is good enough. And the handmade yang i buat pun bukanlah untuk generate income sangat. It is more like a hobby and my interest. So, takda pressure if takda orang beli ke apa. Sebab memang seronok buat. Kalau ada orang beli, lagi super seronok.

Ada jugak some SAHM friends yang sentap sebab ada some people look down on full time housewife ni. Well for me, i tak ambik 'port' dengan kata2 orang. I do what i feel like doing. As long as i tak menyusahkan orang. I will go back to working in the future. In the meantime, i'll just enjoy my SAHM life with my kids.

Everytime i am done with my handmade, i'll take my camera and start shooting. And everytime i am done with that, ada perasaan puas hati. I am doing two things that i actually love doing. Handicrafts and photography. With that, i smile. Self satisfaction. Like they said, 'ko ada?'. Just kidding.

True Blue - Bib Necklace

Made this for her. I hope she likes it as much as i love making it. Janganlah tanya saya buat beading untuk baju ke tak. Sebab jawapan nya memang 'TAK'. Takutlah nak buat beading dekat baju, hehe.

Inner Beauty

So we cut the cake after about an hour cooling it in the fridge. I was so suprised! Inner beauty much eh? At least i thought so. Both girls are under the weather today. And mommy is feeling like a 'zombie'. Badan pun sakit2 sebab kiri kanan ngek2 last night.

Laters, xoxo

Over The Rainbow

Since the rainbow cake is quite  a hit nowadays, i thought i might as well bake one for the girls. I think I'm getting so kiasu ever since i became a mother. I always want to be their first in everything. Kiasu kan?

So, here's their first rainbow cake from mommy with love (so much love that it was inspired by Tower of Pisa).

A friend is having her rainbow cake for May, please visit her website. I have always love and admire her works. Her cake are cantik and yummy too.

Find her here

Indoor playland

No 1 is down with fever and flu again. We noticed that she'll fall sick whenever we brought them to any playland. But, not any playland. Only the one in xxx. I guess the mall itself is quite hot inside. Twice.

We've been to other indoor playland, she was fine. Seriously that mall panas sangat. But, she likes to go to that specific playland sebab ada 'bouncy castle'.

No 2 immune system is stronger than the big sister's. After few days the kakak tak sembuh, then baru dia kena jangkit. Which i am so thankful to breastfeeding. Plus, it is a struggle to feed the meds to No 2.

Projek Kawan Kawan

Tadaa...Big Bow Satin Brooch.

Last three days busy buat benda alah ni. Kawan nak. Dia specified colors. I hope she likes it.

Ni brooch yang mcm Tok Ti pakai dkt baju2 dia tu. Wedding dress Mrs Jejai pun ada brooch ni.

In case lah kan, ada yang interested nak order :)

Mommy's Day 2012

Ola!

This new blogspot layout is quite confusing for me. Well, anything new is. Is it not? That's why some people are resistant to change.

This year is my 4th year celebrating mother's day. I mean as a mother. This year, we went to Chillis in Citta Mall. The idea of going there was to avoid large crowd anywhere else. Oh boy, it was quite a crowd in Citta too. We got to wait for 15minutes to be seated. Kids started to get cranky. Took them to a pet shop next door. At least, that entertained them for quite a bit.

I had planned what i want to eat the day before from their website. Bila dah ada anak, it is better to be well prepared before hand. Kids are unpredictable. Kadang2 br nak order, dah ada yg menggelupur.

I had their Fajita Trio.

Husband had this.

The girls had Mac&Cheese and Quesadillas

I thought of getting the Molten cake for dessert, but the fajitas was to much for me. Citta Mall is quite warm, i guess. After walking around for few minutes, we went to McDonalds to get the Horlick Crunch McFlurry. Here are the rest of the photos. More of the girls actually :)
